Iris Garcia

The disadvantage is that we got to follow rules and we got curfews since we are under age.
The advantage is the government maintains the rules to keep us safe and have limitations on ourselves.

Here's what's going on in the government. The good side of the government shows that they keep the country in balance and by making them safe from any harm from other countries. However, one bad side of the government is that they maybe keeping secrets from us that actually damage the country and economy from making laws that cancel out the amendments and constitution. For example the Patriot Act after 9-11 shows that they want us to be safe by tapping to the electronics and putting up cameras to make sure we're not doing any terrorist acts, but it contradicts and disobeys the 14th amendment which is the right to privacy. It makes some people question why decide on something you're gonna end up changing anyways.
